Our company has three subordinate production enterprises, which are private joint-stock enterprises integrating production and sales.The company has 7 advanced large EPDM microwave vulcanization lines, 20 sets of rubber and plastic extrusion machines, 30 sets of flat vulcanization machines, 15 sets of injection machines, specializing in the production of various materials of composite seals, single extrusion seals, rubber and plastic products butt molding, injection parts,molded parts, standard parts, O-rings, etc. The annual production capacity is more than 6300 tons.At the same time, we have physical and chemical room, measuring room,testing and measuring equipment and more than 30,000 kinds of seal molds, and have formed a one-stop production mode of raw material configuration, mold development and product molding. The company has developed EPDM rubber sealing strips,EPDM foam (sponge) rubber strips, PVC sealing strips, high-temperature resistant(320 ℃ ) silicone strips,various types of automotive door and window sealing strips, various types of rubber pipes, etc., which are leading in the industry in terms of performance and have been well received by domestic and foreign customers.
